Fridge quite July 29th. Still not fixed.

Sears Warranty service is terrible. It took them 2 weeks to come out to look at fridge, they worked on it and said it was ok, the next day it quit again same problem they ordered a compressor said two weeks for it to come in. Now its another two weeks on backorder. We still have no refrigerator and have made many call to Sears and still no compressor or fridge We will be without a refrigerator now going on 6 weeks.

They charge $500.00 for their extended warranty and its now what they said it would be. A&E is Sears repair service ,which are very incompetent!!!!!!!

All we want now is a new Refrigerator . I do not recommend buying any appliances at Sears.

Product or Service Mentioned: Kenmore Refrigerator.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Warranty service.
